Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Production with robust expertise in Crown Wheel & Pinion manufacturing, particularly in Soft Line Machining operations. The candidate should possess excellent production planning, manpower management, and process improvement skills while ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production activities in the Soft Line Machining department.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining optimum productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, OEE, and production performance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rejection, rework, and process losses.
- Lead, motivate, and manage shop floor manpower across shifts.




- Coordinate effectively with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Stores departments.
- Implement and sustain TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Safety initiatives.
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Crown Wheel & Pinion manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Soft Line Machining processes.
- Knowledge of Production Planning, OEE, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
