Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The role involves engaging prospective and existing customers, presenting vehicle features and benefits, and guiding customers through the sales process from inquiry to delivery. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will support marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional events, and contribute to digital and offline brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries,



maintaining updated product knowledge, collaborating with the sales team on targets, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the buying experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support team performance, share product knowledge, and help drive sales targets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in automotive sales, luxury retail, or premium customer service environments is an advantage.
