Role Overview :-
We are looking for a professional who communicates clearly, handles patients with empathy, and takes complete ownership of their work. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience from arrival to follow-up.

Key Responsibility :-
> Patient Journey Management -
- Guide patients through their entire consultation journey
- Act as the primary liaison between doctors and patients
- Ensure explicit communication of treatment plans and next steps

> Communication and Follow ups -
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, messages, and appointment confirmations
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure patient adherence and satisfaction
- Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times





> Clinic Operation Support -
- Assist with day-to-day clinic administrative tasks
- Manage patient records and basic documentation
- Ensure front-desk workflows run smoothly

> Experience Assurance -
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients
- Address patient queries and concerns promptly
- Uphold Allo Health’s standards of empathy and professionalism

Requirements :-
Must Have -
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, Hindi, and kannada (local candidates preferred)
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and empathetic verbal and written communication
- Technical Basics: Comfortable with basic computer operations and digital tools
- Ownership Mindset: Proactive approach to responsibilities and problem-solving
- Professionalism: Respectful Demeanor and ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion
