Head of Demand
to drive customer growth, engagement, and revenue while building a best-in-class demand generation engine.

About the Role

The Head of Demand will own the end-to-end demand strategy for the marketplace, driving customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and repeat purchases. This leader will be responsible for accelerating GMV growth by leveraging data, performance marketing, CRM, merchandising, pricing, promotions, partnerships, and cross-functional execution.

The role requires a commercial leader who combines solid analytical thinking with customer obsession and has experience scaling demand in high-growth consumer internet or e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Own marketplace demand, customer growth, and GMV targets across categories.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies.




- Drive performance marketing initiatives across digital channels while optimizing CAC, ROAS, LTV, and marketing efficiency.
- Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, personalization, and engagement programs to improve customer retention and repeat purchase.
- Partner with Category, Pricing, Supply, Product, and Analytics teams to create demand-led commercial strategies.
- Design promotional calendars, sale events, and campaign strategies to maximize customer traffic and conversion.
- Build data-driven experimentation frameworks across customer journeys to improve conversion and engagement.
- Monitor customer behavior, competitive trends, and market opportunities to identify new growth levers.
- Develop forecasting models and demand planning mechanisms to support business planning.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across growth, CRM, and demand planning functions.
