Job Description
- Lead the execution and technical delivery of large, complex structural engineering projects across multiple industry sectors
- Provide expert technical guidance, design reviews, and engineering oversight while ensuring compliance with global codes and standards
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing structural engineering team in India
- Drive quality improvement, standardisation, and ownership of design deliverables across projects
- Collaborate with global teams, clients, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to solve complex engineering challenges
- Improve engineering processes, design workflows, software utilisation, and best practices
- Support business development efforts through technical consulting, proposal support, and client engagement
- Champion innovation,

The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree or PhD in Structural Engineering; PE licence preferred
- 15+ years of structural engineering experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Robust experience within Architecture & Engineering (A/E) consulting and multidisciplinary project environments
- Deep knowledge of international structural design standards such as IBC, ASCE, AISC, and ACI
- Hands-on expertise with structural analysis tools such as STAAD, RAM, or RISA and BIM platforms such as Revit or Tekla
- Proven ability to mentor teams, improve technical quality, and lead complex engineering reviews
- Experience supporting U.S. projects; international exposure preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with interest in AI-enabled engineering solutions
