About the Role

We are looking for a Content Management Analyst to support the deployment and auditing of digital product content across multiple e-commerce retailer platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and clients to ensure product content is accurately published, optimized, and compliant with retailer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage digital product content, including:
- Product titles and descriptions
- Images and image carousels
- Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content)
- Brand Store pages
- Product attributes and specifications
- Publish and maintain content across retailer portals, with Amazon experience preferred.
- Review product content to ensure compliance with retailer-specific guidelines before deployment.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to obtain necessary access and publishing permissions.




- Audit product detail pages to identify and resolve content discrepancies, missing information, and publishing errors.
- Monitor retailer platform updates and implement changes as required.
- Work with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms such as Salsify or Syndigo to manage and syndicate product data.
- Track deployment activities and provide timely status updates to internal teams and clients.
- Support multiple client accounts while managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance deployment and auditing efficiency.

Mandatory Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Content Management, E-commerce Operations, Catalog Management, or Digital Content Operations
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, or other retailer portals
- Hands-on experience with PIM tools such as Salsify or Syndigo (preferred)
- Robust understanding of product catalog/content deplo
