ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a capable graduate to join our real estate team as a long-term trainee, supporting product positioning and market research across our Pan India portfolio with specific focus on residential and commercial segments.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to real estate market dynamics, data analytics, market and consumer research.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct primary and secondary market research on real estate projects, pricing trends, and competitor offerings across multiple micro-markets
- Assist in product positioning and go-to-market strategy for residential/commercial projects
- Collect, organize, and analyse data using Excel and other tools and methodologies.
- Prepare clear, well-written reports, presentations, and summaries for internal use
- Coordinate with external / internal teams to gather ground-level market intelligence
- Track industry news, regulatory updates, and competitor launches relevant to the micro markets being considered.




- Support senior team members in communication and presentation of research findings

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree mandatory)
- Strong command over written and spoken English; developed communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn about the real estate industry and market research methods
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Prior internship or exposure to research/real estate is a plus, but not mandatory
