Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Distribution Manager. The Distribution Manager will oversee release strategies for Mahalo Media’s film slate, including planning festival submissions, theatrical releases, and digital distribution across global markets. Responsibilities include negotiating with distributors and platforms, coordinating deliverables and release assets,



and managing timelines from pre-release through post-launch. The role involves analyzing market trends and performance data, identifying audience segments, and recommending strategies to maximize reach and revenue. The Distribution Manager will collaborate closely with production, marketing, and external partners to ensure cohesive campaigns and successful rollouts for each project.

Qualifications
- Experience in film or media distribution, including managing release strategies for independent or narrative features.
- Strong skills in relationship management and negotiation with distributors, sales agents, platforms, and festival programmers.
- Ability to coordinate logistics and deliverables, including schedules, technical specs, marketing materials, and legal documentation.
