Prohmeo is an early-stage, AI-enabled homeopathy beauty and wellness platform. Its consumer scan and

recommendation infrastructure is live, and the company is now assembling the medical, manufacturing and practitioner capabilities required for commercial scale. The operating model combines personalized skin and hair assessment, doctor review where needed, curated regimens, progress tracking and repeat commerce.

How these opportunities are structured

These are founding leadership opportunities, not conventional salaried vacancies. Cash investment and contribution- based equity will be evaluated separately. Any service equity will be subject to vesting, milestones, continued participation and definitive legal documentation.

Role purpose: Build Prohmeo's asset-light manufacturing, product-development, quality and supply

foundation.

Ideal profile: Promoter, owner or senior operator from homeopathic, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or natural-

health manufacturing.

Commitment:



Active executive participation; typically 1-2 days per week during the pre-seed stage,

increasing as the business scales.

Reporting: Founder / Board, with close working relationships across medical, growth, finance and

regulatory functions.

Compensation: No fixed salary at the current stage. Meaningful founding equity chance; salary may be

introduced after funding and Board approval.
