Familiarity with FMCG / D2C / Beauty & Personal Care industry (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the export strategy across priority international markets
- Identify and onboard distributors, partners, and retail channels globally
- Manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation, compliance, logistics, and order fulfillment
- Drive P&L; ownership for export markets, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
- Build and manage relationships with international distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Leverage prior Modern Trade / KAM experience to structure scalable distribution partnerships
- Monitor global market trends, competition, and pricing to optimize market entry and expansion
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, import/export norms, and product standards in different geographies
- Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance)

- Track and report performance metrics, sales forecasts, and business insights

Preferred Skills & Know-how
- Solid understanding of export regulations, documentation, and international logistics
- Experience in handling global distributors and cross-border partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to pricing, margins, and P&L; management
- Familiarity with FMCG / D2C / Beauty & Personal Care industry (preferred)
- Ability to navigate multi-market complexities and cultural nuances Experience

Requirements
- 7–10 years of total experience
- Minimum 3–4 years in Exports / International business

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
