REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in network administration or a related technical role.

• Proven expertise with Cisco routers, switches, and Cisco IOS / IOS-XE configuration.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (MR APs, MS switches, MX appliances) and Cisco WLC 9800.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing protocols, and DNS/DHCP.

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting wireless networks (802.11ac/ax).

• Ability to use advanced diagnostic tools: Wireshark, traceroute, show commands, and network monitoring platforms.

• Hands-on experience with RADIUS authentication, AAA framework, and Windows NPS (Network Policy Server) for wired and wireless NAC.

• Experience configuring 802.1X port-based authentication and site-to-site / remote access VPN (IPSec / SSL).

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent documentation skills — network diagrams, configuration records, and incident logs.
