Job Description and Role Overview

3+ year Python Backend Engineering, FastAPI is a must.



You will architect and build scalable backend systems powering our enterprise platform. You will work closely with frontend, product, and AI teams to build reliable, secure, and high-performance services. AI knowledge is a plus, but this is not an AI developer role.

Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.

● Design RESTful APIs and backend architecture for web and mobile applications.

● Design fault-tolerant, scalable systems and optimize performance.

● Develop and optimize MySQL database schemas and queries.

● Implement caching strategies (Redis or similar) to improve performance.

● Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design.

● Write clean, testable, maintainable code using Git and development best practices.

● Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams.

● Work with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
