Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Senior Social Media Marketing Executive to own Pazcare's social media presence across platforms. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, growing online communities, and supporting business growth through impactful content and campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have experience creating content strategies, managing multiple social media platforms, collaborating with design and content teams, and analyzing campaign performance. Experience in B2B SaaS, InsurTech, or startup environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities





Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute Pazcare's social media strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage and grow the brand's presence across:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube
- Facebook
- Plan monthly content calendars with a mix of educational, employer branding, product, thought leadership, and culture content.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.

Content Creation & Campaigns
- Create compelling social media copy, campaign concepts, and content ideas.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce engaging creatives, reels, videos, carousels, and graphics.
- Support product launches, webinars, events, hiring campaigns, and company announcements through social media.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content.
