We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Executive who can effectively communicate with prospective customers, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills,



with a robust ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare services.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and confidently.
- Contact leads generated through the website, mobile application, social media campaigns, digital marketing, referrals, and partner channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable CubNesto healthcare and caregiving services.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed service bookings by providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and building customer trust.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers until successful closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, appointments, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations and caregiver deployment teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely service delivery.
