Role Description
This part-time remote Appointment Setter role focuses on connecting with potential clients and coordinating conversations for the agency’s digital strategy and advertising services. Day-to-day tasks include contacting leads via phone, email, or messaging platforms, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales or account management team. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, updating calendars, and following up with prospects to confirm meeting details.



The Appointment Setter collaborates with internal team members to ensure that scheduled calls align with client needs and agency priorities, while meeting individual and team performance targets.
