Web Developer – Design Systems & Micro-Frontends (Angular / React) Overview

We are seeking senior Web Developers to help design, build, and scale a shared UI component library and common interaction patterns, primarily for Angular-based micro-frontend banking applications, with support for React-based consumers. This role focuses on creating framework-agnostic or multi-framework components, ensuring consistent, accessible, and high-performing customer experiences across independently deployed micro-frontend.

Key Responsibilities
- Design System & Shared Components Build and maintain a common UI component library used across Angular and React applications.
- Partner with UX/design to convert Figma designs into reusable, composable components and patterns.
- Define and document component APIs, usage guidelines, and architectural standards. Implement design tokens (themes, spacing, typography, color) to enable cross-framework consistency.
- Ensure all components meet accessibility (WCAG), performance, and security standards. Angular-First,



Multi-Framework Support Develop components optimized for Angular consumption (standalone components, signals, up-to-date Angular patterns).
- Support React integration via: Framework-agnostic web components Adapter/wrapper layers Shared design tokens and CSS foundations Ensure consistent behavior and styling across frameworks. Micro-Frontend Implementation Implement shared components within micro-frontend banking experiences.
- Support independent deployments while maintaining UI and UX consistency. Collaborate with multiple domain teams to drive adoption of common patterns. Troubleshoot cross-app dependency, versioning, and integration issues.
- Engineering Excellence & Enablement Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code (unit, integration, visual regression). Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
