About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through marketplaces, D2C websites, digital marketing coordination, and customer experience management for our personal care product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and profitability.
- Manage and grow business across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth, product expansion, and market penetration.

Marketplace Management
- Oversee product listings, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and ensure optimal product visibility.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to improve rankings and sales performance.





D2C Website Management
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website.
- Improve website traffic, conversion rates, customer experience, and retention.
- Coordinate with web developers and digital agencies for site improvements.

Sales & Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Forecast sales and inventory requirements.

Digital Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams on SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain stock availability.
