Area Manager – Spa & Wellness

Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the operations, sales, and performance of multiple spa branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, achieving revenue targets, maintaining high customer service standards, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the daily operations of multiple spa branches.
- Ensure each branch achieves monthly sales, membership, and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily business performance, appointments, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Branch Managers and team members.
- Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service quality.
- Improve customer retention, memberships, and repeat business.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.




- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with marketing, HR, and operations teams to execute business initiatives.
- Control operational expenses and improve branch profitability.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Experience in the spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or service industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, and business analysis.
