Role Description
This is a remote internship role for the Salesforce Admin & Developer Job-Ready Program at eLearning IT.



Interns will work on configuring Salesforce, including setting up user profiles, permissions, and security settings, and assisting with ongoing Salesforce.com administration activities. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, implementing and testing validation rules, and supporting data management and quality initiatives. Participants will collaborate with mentors and project teams, document configurations and processes, and practice troubleshooting issues in sandbox environments. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to real-world projects, and preparation for Salesforce certifications and entry-level roles.
