- We are seeking an experienced Manager – Test Automation & Quality Engineering to lead quality engineering transformation initiatives.
- The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in automation technologies, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and quality governance.
- This role requires solid leadership capabilities to drive test automation strategies, manage teams, and establish enterprise-level quality engineering practices.

Quality Engineering Leadership
- Define and execute enterprise-wide testing and automation strategy.
- Drive quality engineering transformation initiatives across programs.
- Establish testing governance, standards, and best practices.
- Build automation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Test Automation Excellence
- Oversee development and maintenance of automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Java, and Python.
- Establish automation standards across UI, API, database, and microservices testing.
