Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a Senior Finance Analyst / Lead Analyst to strengthen our Finance team at Daloopa. This role will focus on driving financial planning, reporting, and core accounting operations, while providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
You will own key finance processes including FP&A;, monthly MIS, and accounting workflows, and work closely with stakeholders across the business. This is a high-ownership role that combines analytical thinking with hands-on execution, with opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive FP&A; activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and leadership expectations.
- Own and prepare monthly MIS and financial reports, delivering transparent and structured insights to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Perform Budget vs. Act
