Job Title: Staff 3D Environment Artist

Job Summary

We are looking for Staff 3D Environment Artist with 1014 years of experience to create high-quality environment art for real-time and cinematic projects. The role requires expert Unreal Engine experience, strong artistic judgment, and the ability to deliver large-scale environments in production. Experience with UE5 Lumen lighting is preferred, and VFX/film industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity 3D environments from concept to final delivery.
- Create high-quality landscapes, architecture, props, PBR materials, and set dressing that meet both artistic and technical standards.
- Own environment workflows in Unreal Engine, ensuring quality and performance.
- Contribute to and review lighting, composition, and mood,



including Lumen-based setups.
- Collaborate with Art, Lighting, VFX, Tech Art, and Engineering teams.
- Optimize assets for scalability and real-time performance.
- Basic experience with level design, gameplay understanding, and creating collision setups.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements
- 1014 years of professional experience in environment art.
- Bachelors degree in Fine Arts or a related art field.
- Expert Unreal Engine proficiency (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of composition, lighting, PBR workflows, and visual storytelling.
- Experience building large, landscaped environments and creating appropriate foliage.
- Experience creating assets in multiple art styles, including realistic, stylized, and semi-realistic.
- Proficiency with Maya/3ds Max/Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop.
- Experience shipping atleast 2 AAA titles
