WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

We are building an in-house content capability to document and communicate how we design, build and think about real estate. The content spans construction process, architecture, AI in project delivery and founder perspective. This is not a social media management role. It is a creator role someone who can shoot on a construction site in the morning, edit and publish in the afternoon, and do it again next week without being told. Consistency and craft matter equally here.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Plan and execute weekly content shoots — construction site, design studio, founder-facing

– Edit short-form and long-form video end-to-end: rough cut, colour grade, motion graphics, subtitles, export

– Repurpose long-form shoots into 3–5 short-form Reels, Shorts and clips

– Manage the content calendar — 30-day forward plan maintained at all times

– Write post copy in the Director's voice — requires briefing and iteration, not independent ghostwriting

– Manage community interaction on LinkedIn and Instagram — replies and DMs relevant to business development





– Produce weekly analytics report — reach, impressions and follower movement by platform and content type

– Build and maintain a reusable content asset library — site footage, renders, project milestones, talking heads

– Execute across content pillars: construction process, AI in real estate, founder insights, architecture, brand

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

– 3–6 years in video production and social media content creation

– Has personally managed or grown a social account — must present metrics, not just links

– Has produced content for a non-media-trained subject — founder, operator or expert — and extracted authentic voice

– Real estate, architecture, luxury brand or construction experience is a strong plus

– Comfortable on construction sites — uneven surfaces, dust, poor lighting, unfinished interiors

TECHNICAL SKILLS

– Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro — skilled desktop editing, not mobi
