We would like to add on-call substitutes who are interested in working at our

Elementary (K-5), Middle School (6-8) and/or High School (9-12).

Available Positions: Educational Assistant/ SPED Educational Assistant, Food Service, Library, Secretary, Custodian

CLASSIFIED PERSONNEL APPLICATION

To Substitute In Our District, You Must
- Complete a Classified Personnel application and submit it to the district office
- Successfully pass a drug screen
- Visit our district office at 36386 Highway 58 between the hours of 7:30am and 3:30pm to complete employment documents

Please Bring Your
- Driver's license and Social Security Card or a current passport
- A voided check or direct deposit authorization form from your bank




- Apply for and receive ODE Fingerprinting Clearance (Requires $75 ODE fee, plus $12.50 processing fee when scheduling appointment)
- Register with Frontline/Aesop

*Note:
Classified substitutes who are interested in subbing in Food Service must have a valid Oregon Food Handler's card. Those who are interested in subbing for Custodial/Maintenance will be required to complete a strength test.*
