Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage patient interactions and ensure a smooth and positive experience at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient/customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
- Coordinate appointments and follow up with patients.
- Maintain good relationships with patients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient service.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/system.
- Conduct follow-up calls and collect patient feedback.
- Support front office and other clinic-related activities when required.

Requirements:
- Any Degree/Diploma.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Healthcare/clinic experience is an added advantage.
- Friendly, presentable, and patient-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
