As an
HR & Business Operations Expert
, you will be responsible for establishing HiWox's HR function, building operational excellence, and creating scalable systems that support a high-performance startup.

Key Responsibilities Human Resource Management




- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, healthcare, product, marketing, and business roles while building a strong employer brand.
- Design structured onboarding, performance management, training, employee engagement, and retention programs for full-time employees, interns, consultants, and equity-based founding members.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, organizational structures, job descriptions, KPIs, performance review systems, and career progression frameworks.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organization.

Business Operations
- Establish and optimize day-to-day business operations across healthcare services, technology, product, marketing, partnerships, finance, and customer support.
- Build operational dashboards, workflows, documentation, automation systems, and SOPs to improve efficiency and decision-making.
