Role & responsibilities
- Perform maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic breakdowns.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and smooth production operations.
- Maintain maintenance records,and reports.
- Follow safety standards, 5S practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance.
Solid troubleshooting skills in mechanical/electrical systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety standards, and auxiliary equipment maintenance, with willingness to work in rotational shifts.
