Primary Roles and Responsibilities
1. Maintaining and repairing equipment in the production unit and warehouse, including sewing, cutting, fusing, box folding, bag closure machines, etc..,
2. Monitoring and managing the work schedules of the mechanic team. 3. Training the new joined employees about proper maintenance techniques and safety protocols.
4. Coordinating with mechanic and technician team to ensure smooth operations, as well as troubleshooting any electrical issues.
5. Verifying and maintaining all machines for optimal performance.
6. Collaborating with other departments, including production planning and quality control, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality products.

Monitoring machine performance metrics and make adjustment to increase efficiency.
8. Addressing mechanical issues or breakdowns promptly.
9. Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures for all machineries.
10. Keep updating the records of all maintenance activities, machine repairs, and spare parts inventory.
11. Adhering to and enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
12. Preparing and sharing MIS reports to higher authority regularly.
13. Preparing and sharing reports/information to higher authority on periodically, as required.
