About the Role

We are looking for a agile Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs

and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations

along with a strong understanding of the real estate domain,



including sales lifecycle, CRM workflows, and

customer journey management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

 Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and

process reviews.

 Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

 Configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards (no- code/low-code).

 Collaborate with developers on complex customisations and integrations.

 Conduct UAT, manage defect logs, and ensure solutions meet defined acceptance criteria.

 Analyse CRM data quality issues and propose remediation strategies.

 Drive Salesforce adoption through training, documentation, and change management.

 Manage and prioritise the Salesforce backlog in alignment with business roadmap.

 Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features
