Summary:
We seek an experienced, strategic and accomplished FP&A; lead to drive global Finance. processes and deliver actionable insights that shape business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A; and a proven track record of managing budgeting,
management reporting, driving productivity, business results, and process automation. The candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
The candidate should also have exceptional analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Forecasting-

1. Lead budgeting and forecasting for the company.
Establish a long-range plan for 5 years in alignment with the business and functions .
2. Monitor actuals against the cost budgets and drive cost controls.
Prepare the capex plan and monitor the actuals against the plan.

Management reporting-
1.



Establish KPIs for various businesses and functions to drive business results.
2. Accurate and timely management reporting Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly .
3. Deliver management presentations on time along with the analysis

Business Partnership-

1. Partner with businesses and functions to drive alignment on budgets and revisions
2. Monitor actuals against the budgets and provide insights to the stakeholders.
3. Provide strategic insights based on the data analysis.
4. To work with businesses on the feasibility analysis of various business cases
5. Build trusted relationships with senior leadership team .

Process automation and systems implementation-
1. Automate the management reporting process.
2. Create daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly management dashboards .
