About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Accountant Day Shift
to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for our
IT Staffing & Consultancy business
. The role will be responsible for client billing, vendor/consultant payments, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and supporting management with financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Operations Including GST and Legal Reporting
- Manage the complete accounting cycle including
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and month-end closing
.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with applicable
accounting standards and regulatory requirements
.
- Ensure proper
revenue recognition
for IT staffing and consultancy services.
- Must be solid in GST Process and Month End Closing process for GTS filling

2. Client Billing & Revenue Management (IT Staffing)
- Handle
client invoicing
based on timesheets,



contracts, SOWs, and rate cards.
- Ensure timely billing for
contract staffing, permanent placements, and consultancy services
.
- Track collections, follow up on outstanding receivables, and manage
aging reports
.

3. Payroll & Consultant Payments
- Oversee
payroll processing
for internal employees and contractual consultants.
- Ensure timely
salary disbursement and vendor/consultant payments
.
- Coordinate with the
HR team
for payroll inputs, timesheets, and compliance data.

4. Statutory Compliance & Taxation
- Manage statutory compliances including
GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax
.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of
GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
.
- Coordinate with
auditors and tax consultants
for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

5. MIS, Budgeting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare
monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and profitability reports
.
