PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
- Maintain the sop and follow the directions of process owner.
- Optimize time to achieve output with software excellence and task understanding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Creating drawings as required incorporating changes required by marketing, liasoning and estimation.
- Follow standard operating procedure approved by functional coordinator of the team.
- Produce coordinated drawings as instructed by process owner
- Create sale plans and presentations as directed by process owners.
- Create reports to communicate with team leaders ( weekly task)
- Check 3d Revit model and incorporate the changes time to time as directed by process owner.
- Communicating the delay or problems to seniors and team over emails time to time.
- Coordinating with in-house purchase department and create mood boards as directed by process owner.
- Print and get acknowledge hard copies GFC drawings as directed.

- Due diligence and eliminate manual error.
- Follow the standard operating procedure.
- Maintain work ethics.

- Choosing the productive method of work.
- Communicating team leaders for procedural problems.

IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE

Knowledge

Autodesk, Microsoft offices, sketch up and REVIT Corel/Photoshop software

Skill
- Due diligence at appropriate stage.
- Past experience in similar work role.
