- Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses)
- Handle billing & invoicing
- Manage accounts payable & receivable (dealer / distributor follow-ups)
- Track inventory-related accounting (stock entries, inward/outward)
- Perform bank reconciliation & cash handling
- Assist in GST filing, E-invoicing, and E-way bills
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
- Support in preparing monthly MIS reports
- Coordinate with sales & service team for billing and collections
- B.Com / M.Com (Commerce background)
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and billing process
- Experience in Tally (ERP) / SAP
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to handle dealer/customer accounts
