Job overview

We are looking for sincere and diligent candidates with strong oral and written communication skills to join us as
Trainees
for
twelve months
in various teams. As a trainee with Everest Group, you will get an opportunity to work on complex business challenges, learn industry best practices, and know more about the domain.

HR - Organization Development, Learning & Development

• Support in launch and execution of the new PMS tool

• Enable change management and adoption of the tool

• Support onboarding process for new hires





• Support LMS operations and L&D; execution as needed

• Help in execution or project management of special projects as needed

HR - Total Rewards

• Support administration of employee benefits, including medical insurance, health check-ups, wellness programs, and enrollments.

• Coordinate annual advantages activities, including insurance renewals, dependent updates, and employee communications.

• Address employee queries related to benefits, insurance, reimbursements, and Total Rewards, escalating complex cases as needed.

• Coordinate Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs, including nominations, award communication, and distribution.

• Maintain accurate trackers and records for perks, wellness initiatives, and R&R; programs.

• Coordinate with vendors for benefits administration and wellness initiatives.

• Ensure accurate employee documentation and leverage Excel for data management and reporting.
