Role: Senior Data Analyst
Location: Pune
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of experience in digital analytics, client success, or consulting roles.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Analyst who combines robust GA4/Adobe/GTM experience with Client Success (CSM) capabilities. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, lead business reviews, drive growth opportunities, and translate analytics into strategic recommendations. This role requires a mix of analytics expertise, client engagement, problem-solving, and business consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success & Account Management:
•Act as the primary client engagement owner for analytics projects.
•Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review calls with actionable insights.
•Drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for performance issues and propose data-backed solutions.
•Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to recommend new initiatives.
•Support BD/pitch presentations by showcasing analytics capabilities and insights strategies.
•Ensure high client satisfaction,
timely delivery, and expectation management.
Analytics & Technical Responsibilities:
•Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and measurement frameworks for clients.
•Collect, clean, and analyze data from websites, apps, CRM systems, and digital campaigns.
•Use Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to visualize data and highlight trends.
•Define KPIs, measurement strategies, and insight frameworks with cross-functional teams.
•Use SQL to query large datasets and perform exploratory/ad-hoc analysis.
•Measure campaign performance using GA4, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, and Adobe Analytics.
•Create structured presentations and insights decks using Excel and PowerPoint.
•Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop analytics strategies aligned with business goals.
•Stay updated with industry trends, analytics tools, and media measurement practices.
