About the role

We're building the AI platform that helps mid and senior professionals take control of their careers and land roles they didn't think were within reach. As we scale to millions of users, we're looking for a Technical Lead / Architect to own the technical direction of the platform — designing systems that scale, and raising the engineering bar for the whole team.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll still write code, but your biggest leverage comes from architecture, mentorship, and sound technical judgment. We're an AI company at our core, so deep, practical experience with LLMs isn't a nice-to-have here — it's essential.

What you'll do
- Own the architecture. Lead the design and evolution of robust, scalable,



secure systems — and just as importantly, document the big structural decisions so the team can move fast with confidence.
- Design for scale. Build for performance, fault tolerance, and cost-efficiency, and own the system's health as we grow to millions of users.
- Lead close to the code. Guide and grow engineers through design reviews, pairing, and coaching, and set the technical culture of the team — while still building critical components, prototyping, and unblocking the hardest problems yourself when that's the fastest path.
- Push our AI forward. Shape how we build with LLMs across the product — fine-tuning, prompt optimization, evaluation, and the infrastructure that makes AI features fast, reliable, and cost-effective in production.
- Own the tech strategy. Champion code quality, testing, security, and observability across teams. Evaluate tools and frameworks, manage tech debt deliberately, and make well-reason
