The Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will play a key role in our growth journey by identifying high-potential leads, engaging with prospects, and driving qualified opportunities into the sales funnel. This role requires proactive communication, solid research skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers across industries.

What You'll Do
- Identify and target potential customers through online research, outbound outreach, and industry networks.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns tailored to industry personas.
- Qualify leads based on buyer profiles, business fit, and readiness.
- Engage with prospects across multiple channels such as email, calls, LinkedIn, and events.
- Clearly communicate Roadcasts value proposition and product benefits.
- Conduct the first level of product demonstrations and drive initial conversion discussions.




- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition and contextual handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including outreach activities, statuses, and updates.
- Generate reports on conversion metrics, outreach effectiveness, and lead quality.
- Analyze outreach and conversion data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry changes, competition, target market needs, and sales best practices.
- Share insights, learnings, and ideas with the sales and growth teams to support continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
- Proven success in lead generation, qualification, and conversions.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
