The role
As Sustainability Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely,



and compliant environmental and sustainability‑related tax declarations across all Europe BU markets. The role manages data collection, preparation, review, sign‑off, and filing of declarations in line with the approved processes and internal control framework. It also contributes to cost control, ongoing process maintenance, and audit readiness.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Compliance

Manage the full compliance cycle for sustainability‑related taxes across all Europe BU markets. Example of the taxes include (but not limited to): Green Dot, SUP tax, Catering Tax, Chocolate and Nuts tax, Sugar tax, Ice Cream tax, Chips tax, Plastic Packaging tax).
- Collect data from factories and business partners.
- Extract relevant tax‑related data from internal systems.
- Identify and follow up on missing data with responsible teams.
- Prepare tax declarations according to market requirements.
