We're looking for a
Technical Program Manager
with a solid software engineering background who is passionate about solving healthcare challenges through technology.

This is
not a traditional project management role
. We're looking for someone who has spent the early part of their career designing and building software products, preferably in Healthcare or Digital Health, and has gradually taken on technical leadership and program ownership.

What You'll Do
- Drive technology initiatives across Digital Health programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, technology partners, and leadership to define and execute technical roadmaps.
- Evaluate healthcare technology solutions, integrations, APIs, interoperability standards, and digital platforms.




- Lead technical discussions with engineering teams and external vendors.
- Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Manage multiple initiatives while remaining hands-on enough to understand architecture and engineering trade-offs.
- Mentor small teams and coordinate cross-functional delivery without managing large engineering organizations.

Must Have
- 6+ years of hands-on software development, architecture, or technical design
experience.
- 3+ years working in Healthcare, HealthTech, MedTech, Hospital IT, Digital Health, EMR/EHR, HIS/HMS, or related healthcare technology domains.
- Experience leading technical projects or small engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud-based applications, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with product, engineering, and business teams.
