About the role
As Care ADHD continues to scale internationally, the Global Capability Center (GCC) is designed to
support multiple services with consistent, high-quality operational delivery.
The Patient Services Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day performance, quality, and delivery of the
Patient Services team. This role combines people management, operational oversight, and process
leadership - ensuring that high-volume administrative activity is delivered accurately, safely, and on time.
You will play a key role in building a secure, scalable team that can flex across services and geographies
while maintaining clear standards and strong operational discipline.
What you ll be doing
1. Team leadership and people management

Line manage the Patient Services team, providing day-to-day supervision, support, and coaching
Set clear expectations for performance, quality, and behaviour




Monitor individual and team performance, addressing issues early and constructively
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
(Aligned with expectations for building accountable leadership culture and identifying
performance risks early)
2. Operational delivery and performance management

Own the day-to-day delivery of patient administration activity across the team
Ensure work is completed accurately, consistently, and within agreed timelines
Manage workload distribution and prioritisation to maintain throughput
Monitor key operational metrics (e.g. volumes, SLAs, CSAT, backlogs)
3. Quality, safety, and risk management

Ensure all work meets required standards for accuracy, documentation, and compliance
Maintain oversight of clinical risk awareness and escalation within the team

Act as an escalation point for more complex or sensitive issues
Ensure appropriate escalation pathways ar
