We are hiring Paintshop Supervisor for Chakan location

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and quality standards.
- Monitor paint quality, thickness, colour matching, and finish quality.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices.
- Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and shift records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Diploma/ BE Mechanical
- Experience: 25 years in Paintshop Supervisor (industrial/manufacturing preferred).
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication.
