About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) to drive

enrollments for our premium upskilling programs. The ideal candidate should have a strongconsultative sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of

consistently achieving sales targets in EdTech or high-ticket B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Counsel prospective learners and understand their career aspirations.





● Recommend suitable upskilling programs based on learner needs.

● Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual

meetings.

● Drive end-to-end sales from lead generation to enrollment.

● Consistently achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.

● Handle objections effectively and close high-value deals.

● Maintain accurate records in CRM (LeadSquared/LSQ preferred).

● Deliver an exceptional learner experience throughout the sales journey.

● Collaborate with the onboarding and operations teams for seamless admissions.

Requirements

● 2–5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or higher education.

● Proven experience in high-ticket consultative sales.

● Robust communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

● Consistent target achievement in previous roles.

● Experience with CRM tools such as LeadSquared is preferred.
