JOB DESCRIPTION:

Process: Loan & Insurance

Work Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products.
- Explain policy features, advantages, and premium details clearly and persuasively.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Handle customer objections and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Follow compliance guidelines and ensure ethical selling practices.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain individual daily call logs and sales records.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
