About the Role

IFW Techno Creations Private Limited is looking for an experienced, creative, and result-oriented
Head of Digital Marketing
to lead our growing digital marketing division.

If you have successfully managed digital marketing campaigns for multiple brands, understand performance marketing, love creating engaging content, and can lead a high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete Digital Marketing Department.
- Plan and execute high-performance marketing campaigns across multiple industries.
- Create and optimize
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads
campaigns to generate measurable business results.
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Guide and supervise content creation for clients, including:
- Social Media Content
- AI-generated Content




- AI Graphics
- AI Videos
- Reels & Short-form Videos
- Marketing Creatives
- Coordinate video shoots, scripting, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, video editors, content creators, and digital marketing executives.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business objectives, present marketing strategies, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and prepare actionable reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, digital marketing, automation, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (Agency experience preferred).
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Excellent understanding of Performance Marketing.
- Experience managing campaigns for multiple brand
