Lead Interior Design Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Purpose:

Adani Airport City is developing Mixed Use Real Estate Airport Cities including Retail, Office, Hotels, Convention Centre and Arena across various cities – Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Guwahati spanning over 22 Mn. Sft in the initial Phases.

The Lead Interior Design will be responsible for driving interior design initiatives for real estate and hospitality projects. The role demands expertise in conceptualization and execution of hospitality led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces.

The position requires a Bachelor of Architecture from a reputed institute and a proven track record of working with a multidisciplinary team of top international and Indian Interior Design and consultants. This position will report to Head Design.

Experience:

15-18 years of experience in interior design for hospitality projects, retail malls, and mixed use development.

Proven track record in leading full-cycle projects from concept development to in office completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:





Lead and oversee interior design initiatives for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of interior design concepts.

Provide strategic guidance and innovative design solutions to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of projects.

Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, building codes, and sustainability principles in all design activities.

Cost Optimization of design requirements

Adherence to time, quality and costing of projects

Supervise and mentor junior interior designers, architects to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Conduct regular site visits and participate in project meetings to monitor progress and address any interior design-related challenges.
