Job Description – Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer, Vendor & OEM Management

Identify business opportunities and share commercial proposals

Perform cold calling and lead generation

Handle price negotiations with customers and vendors

Manage relationships with OEMs, clients, and partners

Conduct joint meetings with customers, vendors, and internal teams

2. Sales Operations & Coordination

Process purchase orders, pricing, and coordinate with purchase team

Follow up for procurement, billing, invoicing, and delivery

Ensure smooth installation and support payment collections

3. Product & Technical Involvement

Attend and conduct product training sessions

Learn recent technologies and complete certifications regularly

Support internal sales team (ISR) with product sizing and solutions

Drive product-level business (e.g.,



firewall/security solutions)

4. Reporting & Meetings

Maintain daily call reports and sales updates

Submit weekly reports to management

Attend regular meetings with sales manager and leadership

5. Team Handling & Targets

Coordinate with inside sales and BDEs for follow-ups

Drive team performance to achieve quarterly targets

Handle field sales activities and customer visits

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
