Requirements
8+years of sales experience from Paint Building Material /Chemicals Construction Materials organization
Team handling experience is mandatory (direct or indirect sales team management)
Experience managing distributors, dealers, retailers, or channel partners
Robust field sales and market development experience
Proven track record of delivering revenue and volume targets
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
