We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage employee documentation, onboarding processes, personnel records, and other day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, compliance with company policies, and smooth execution of HR administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Verify, collect, and maintain employee enrolment and onboarding documents.

* Prepare, review, and manage employee records, HR forms, contracts, and other personnel-related documentation.

* Ensure all employee files are complete, accurate, and updated in physical and digital formats.

* Coordinate employee joining, induction, and exit formalities.

* Maintain attendance, leave records, and other HR databases.

* Assist in preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR correspondence.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory documentation requirements.

* Support payroll by maintaining accurate employee records and coordinating with the payroll team.





* Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity.

* Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, documentation, and procedures.

* Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate documentation.

* Generate HR reports and maintain records for audits and management review.

* Perform other HR administrative and operational tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 0-1 years of experience
