Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated *Full Stack Developer* with at least *1 year of hands-on experience* in building scalable web applications using the *MERN stack*. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend, writing clean, maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using *Next.js* and *React.js*.
- Build scalable backend APIs using *Node.js* and *Express.js*.
- Design and optimize databases using *PostgreSQL* and *MongoDB*.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth).
- Write reusable, clean, and well-documented code.
- Optimize application performance, security,



and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
Required Skills
- Minimum *1 year of professional experience* in Full Stack Development.
- Robust knowledge of:
- JavaScript (ES6+)

- Experience with:
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- Prisma ORM or similar ORM
- Good understanding of REST APIs.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design.
- Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth).
- Familiarity with deployment platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or DigitalOcean.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ
