Role & responsibilities
i) Core EHS Deputy Manager
ii) Additional – Co-ordinator for Customer related compliances about EHS, HR – Admin, Eco vadis plateform (Global Virtual platform to be used by customer to analyse /rank its supplier)
2. Qualification / Resource –
Candidate’s post a Graduation degree (Diploma in Industrial Safety and Health or could be BE in any stream of Engineering
Experience –
Minimum 10 year of experience with structured organization
3. Communication –
Fluent in written and oral English with command on Hindi + Marathi would be advantage
4. Job Description -
a) Combination profile of EHS & Industrial Compliances.
b) Manage a role that entails –
- Implementation and Documentation of all Safety details
- Safety Audits
- Trainings
- Safety & Health Compliances including conducting mock drill, fire NOC, display safety measurement on each workstation and on notice board.
- suggestion schemes to get direct suggestion
- Risk & Disaster Management with Root Cause analysis,
- Safety Management etc.
- Providing timely data / statistics to customers
- Completing ECO Vadis details on global Plate form
- Get Supplier audited from EHS point of view
- EHS MIS preparation and circulating weekly, monthly, half yearly and yearly
- Liaison with concern authorities
- Internal departmental co-ordination in this regard.
- Knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations
- Experience in HR & Safety role
- Solid Communication and analytical thinking
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspection and improvement
- Identify hazards, assess risks and implement control
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety laws (e.g. – OSHA)
5. Human Resources and Administration
- Assist in employee day to day relations
- co-ordinate day-to-day administration activities
- Maintain employee attendance record
- Maintain vigilance by checking CCTV on daily basis
- Support HR initiative and employee engagement
